Complainant and opposite party filed joint statement. Hence complaint disposed off as per the terms of compromise.  Settlement agreement shall form part of this order.

As per the terms of compromise we direct opposite party jointly to pay an amount of Rs.2,55,000/- (Rupees two lakh fifty five thousand only) to the complainant.

Ordered amount shall be paid within one month from the date of receipt of order, failing which in addition to compliance of the above order the complainant is entitled to get 6% interest from the date of order till realization.

Pronounced in the open court on this the 18^th day of May 2019.
