O R D E R A. Rajesh, President. The complainant represented. Heard the counsel and went through the documents on record. Even as per the complaint, the opposite party repudiated the insurance claim of the complainant on 29-05-2012. That is, the cause of action for the complaint started to run from 29-05-2012. This complaint is filed by the complainant only on 11-06-2014, which is barred by limitation as per Section 24 A of the Consumer Protection Act. Our view is fortified by the decision rendered by the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in Murali Woollen Mills Ltd. Vs. United India Insurance Co. Ltd. & Ors. III (2005) CPJ 118 (NC) and in Kwality Silk Processors Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. 2010 CTJ (NCDRC) P. 891. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed in limine.
