ORDER

THIRU. S. PANDIAN,

    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite party to pay a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- and also to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- as damages for deficiency of service  and mental agony and Rs.30,000/- as cost of the complaint.

     Both parties represented through counsels.   Reported settled out of court and made endorsement by the counsel for the complainant.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed as settled out of court.  No cost.
