Sh. Naval Goyal, Advocate counsel for OPs has suffered a statement that the OPs are ready to pay a sum of Rs.20,777/- as full and final settlement of claim of complaint within 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

Sh. Aneesh Jindal, complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the statement suffered by Sh. Naval Goyal, Advocate counsel for OPs and agrees with the same. He does not want to pursue the complaint further and withdrawn the same.

In view of the statement suffered by complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties will be bound by their statement. File be indexed and consigned to record.
