          This case record is placed before the Ld. Judges of Grahak Madhyasthata Samadhan Lok-Adalat which is held today at the Court Room of D.C.D.R.C., Howrah.

          Both parties and their Ld. Lawyers are present and ready.

Heard both sides and their Ld. Lawyers.

As per submission of the Ld. Advocate of both sides the claim of the complainant of Rs.12,791/- has already been paid to the complainant by the O.ps. through online. Complainant side admitted the same in course of hearing. In support of such point of contention one petition supported by affidavit has been filed by the complainant and O.ps. are not raising any objection in the matter of settlement.

It is revealed that the dispute involved in this case have been amicably settled and to that effect one petition supported by affidavit has been filed and the complainant has admitted that the entire claim amount of Rs.12,791/- has been received by the complainant.

As the dispute involved in this case has been settled by the parties, Ld. Judges of the Lok-Adalat have no reason to stand on their way.

In the result, it is accordingly, ordered that this complaint case being No.261/2023 be and the same is disposed of as it is withdrawn.

Let a petition filed in support of the settlement be made a part of this order. No order is passed as to cost.

Parties of this case are entitled to get certified copy of this order immediately.

Let this be uploaded in the Official Website.

Thus, this complaint case being No.261/2023 is disposed of.
