Present:

For the Complainant:    Sh.Sanjiv Ahuja, Complainant alongwith Sh.D.K.Garg, Advocate.

For the Opposite Parties: Sh.Ajay Gulati, Advocate.

This  case was fixed for filing the written reply on behalf of the Opposite Parties for 27.08.2021. At this stage, Sh.D.K.Garg, Advocate counsel for the Complainant filed an application for pre hearing the matter as the parties have compromised the matter.

The Complainant has come present   and  made the following statement before this District Commission.

“Stated that as per my claim, today I have received a DD bearing No. 246149 dated 29.07.2021 for Rs.1,40,000/- in my favour drawn on  HDFC Bank, as full and final settlement as per compromise from Sh.Ajay Gulati, Advocate counsel for the Opposite Parties. Hence, I do not want to proceed further with this complaint and the present complaint may please be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.”

In view of the aforesaid statement of Sh.Sanjiv Ahuja, Complainant recorded today before this District Commission, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being  fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs and thereafter, the file be consigned to record room after compliance.
