Perusal of the record shows that the complainant has not appeared before the court on 31.10.2019, 25.11.2019, 06.02.2020, 11.03.2020, 07.10.2020, 20.10.2020, 04.12.2020, 08.01.2021, 03.02.2021, 21.09.2021 and today also. In fact, complainant was directed to file all the relevant documents for admission documents vide order dated 15.01.2020 but till date complainant has not complied with the said order. It seems that the complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Hence, the matter is dismissed for non-prosecution. File be consigned to record room.
