It is alleged that the Complainant at that time requested to American Express Bank to correct their mistake and inform to C.I.B.I.L. that no dues are pending against the Complainant. However, the American Express Bank had not replied to the Complainant hence, the Complainant has suffered losses in the business. Then the Complainant as per his letter dtd.31/03/2010 informed to American Express Bank that he has made the payment of Loan Account No.47636 and again as per letter dtd.28/05/2010 informed American Express Bank to correct their mistake but they have not given any reply to the Complainant.
