The Complainant has filed application for withdrawal of complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint on the grounds mentioned in the application for withdrawal of complaint. Upon hearing of the Shri. Abdul Chawdhri, Ld.Advocate of the Complainant and Shri. S. Hussain, Ld.Advocate of the Opposite Party, the Complainant is allowed to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint before the proper Forum.
