Ld. Advocate for the Respondent is present.  Appellant, however, is found absent on repeated calls.  It appears from the record that the Appellant is not at all serious in pursuing his Appeal.  In the past also, he was show-caused for his repeated absence.  Clearly, he is not a serious litigant.  Thanks to his erratic presence, the valuable time of this Commission is unnecessarily wasting which is not at all desirable under any circumstances.  Considering all these aspects, we deem it appropriate to dismiss this Appeal for non-prosecution.
