                   Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the complaint with permission to file a fresh before appropriate Forum/Court of competent jurisdiction.

                   In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh before the appropriate Forum/Court of competent jurisdiction.
