          Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. On the last two consecutive dates of hearings, also nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant. It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the complaint. No more wait is justified. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default.
