Heard Mr. P. Mahanta, learned counsel, appearing for the appellant LICI.

     A joint application representing the appellant and respondent is filed with a prayer to close this appeal, in as much as both the parties to the appeal, mutually agreed for settlement of the claim. In support of the said claim in the joint application, Mr. Mahanta fairly submits that he has been authorized to place the application with the relief sought therein.

     In view of the same, prayer made by the parties, is accepted and the appeal is disposed of accordingly.

     Appellant is entitled for refund of the statutory amount deposited at the time of filing the appeal, from the Registry of the Commission.
