CONSUMER  COMPLAINT  CASE NO. 37 OF 2015

 

 

 

12.12.2015:-                            The case record is put up today as it was fixed for the 3^rd National Lok Adalat.  The complainant is present in person so also the O.Ps.are present along with his representative. Both the parties are amicably settled their dispute in the Lok Adalat.  Both the parties do not wanted to proceed with the case any further.  

                                                Accordingly the case is disposed of.

 

Order pronounced in the open court today the 12^th day of December’ 2015 and copy of this order shall be supplied to the parties as per rule.
