The case record is posted today for hearing. Neither the Complainant nor his Advocate remain present to take part in the hearing. The O.Ps are also absent, no steps taken on their behalf. On perusal of the case record, it is found that since 17.03.2020, the Complainant remained absent till today and also no step on his behalf was taken. From the above nature and conduct of the Complainant, it is clearly made out that sufficient opportunities have been given to the Complainant for hearing of this case, but the Complainant has no interest to proceed with this case further. In the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Commission is of the view that the complaint of the Complainant should be dismissed.

                                         Accordingly, the case of the Complainant is dismissed for default.
