Today is fixed for showing cause by the DHR. But the DHR has not filed any petition showing cause.

From the record it appears that on 17.09.2014, from the side of the JDR a petition along with a copy of Judgment of S.C. Case No. FA-47/2013 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, West Bengal as per list, is filed praying to pass necessary order.

The petition and the document filed on 17.09.2014, is taken up for consideration.

The copy of the Judgment as mentioned, shows that the Hon’ble State Commission has been pleased to set aside the Final Order dated 18.10.2012 of C.C. Case No. 34/2012. 

This execution case has been filed to execute such final order dated 18.10.2012 passed in CC Case No. 34/2012.

As the final order of CC Case No. 34/2012 has been set aside, this execution case has lost its force.

Hence it is

                           Ordered  

that the EA case No.34/2012 is rejected without cost.

Thus the case is disposed of finally on rejection.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
