          The representative of the O.P. present namely Pramod Kumar Singh. Perused the A/C statement filed. An amount of Rs. 3,71,198.85 is laying outstanding against the Complainant and the vehicle is with the Complainant. As per prayer made in the complaint as the vehicle is with complainant and intentionally not coming to the Commission, there is no need to continue the case further and accordingly the case is closed.
