Orders Pronounced.

The Opposite parties are directed to refund to the 1^st complainant the deposit amount of Rs.37000/- along with the interest at 8.5 percentage from the date of 09/11/2010 to till date of realization. The opposite parties are directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and pain to the 1^st complainant. The Opposite parties are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to each complainant. The Opposite parties are further directed to pay the above amounts within a month from the date of receipt of this order.
