Today the case is fixed for hearing on admission. The complainant is absent today, no steps taken on his behalf on call despite many opportunities on adjournment of the case for the purpose.

               However, on perusal of complaint petition as filed by the complainant, we found the case is beyond jurisdiction, as no such Ops on the petition are within the jurisdiction of this Forum, so also there is no cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Forum. As per the seizure list / inventory available in the case record the location of seizure of disputed vehicle is within Jharsuguda district. Hence considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to admit the complaint petition and accordingly dismissed with liberty to complainant to file his case before the Proper Forum Subject to limitation.      

                  Accordingly the case is disposed of.
