               This appeal has been filed by the Appellant / 3^rd Opposite party against the Order dt.20.09.2022 in C.C. No.22/2020 on the file of DCDRC, Tiruvarur and  coming up before us on 14.06.2023, this Commission made the following Order in open court:

Appellant / 3^rd opposite party present.   When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the Counsel for appellant / 3^rd opposite party that the 1^st respondent / complainant has received the balance of Crop Insurance from the 2^nd respondent / 1^st opposite party.  He has also filed a Memo with proof enclosed to that effect.

Memo recorded.  In view of the Memo filed by the Appellant / 3^rd opposite party, this appeal is dismissed as not pressed.   No costs.

The appellant / 3^rd opposite party is entitled for the mandatory deposit.  The Registry is directed to discharge the mandatory deposit along with accrued interest in favour of the appellant / 3^rd opposite party.
