               This appeal has been filed by the Appellant / 3rd Opposite party against the Order dt.20.09.2022 in C.C. Appellant / 3rd opposite party present.   When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the Counsel for appellant / 3rd opposite party that the 1st respondent / complainant has received the balance of Crop Insurance from the 2nd respondent / 1st opposite party.  He has also filed a Memo with proof enclosed to that effect.

Memo recorded.  In view of the Memo filed by the Appellant / 3rd opposite party, this appeal is dismissed as not pressed.   No costs.

The appellant / 3rd opposite party is entitled for the mandatory deposit.  The Registry is directed to discharge the mandatory deposit along with accrued interest in favour of the appellant / 3rd opposite party.
