ORDER

1.The complaint is allowed. 2.The 1st O.P is directed to repay the complainant the maturity proceds along with interest at 15% p.a. from the date of maturity. 3.The 1st o.p. shall also pay the complainant compensation of Rs.2,000/- within two months from the date of this order failing which such amount shall carry interest at 10% p.a. thereafter untill the date of payment. 4.The 1st o.p. party shall pay the complainant cost of Rs.500/-. 5.Give a copy of this order to each party according to rules.
