ORDER The complaint is allowed in part. The O.P. shall pay to the complainant membership fee of Rs.3,500-00  within two months from the date of order. The O.P. shall also pay to the complainant interest at 8% p.a. on the said amount from the date of payment o membership fee till payment of entire amount. The O.P. shall pay  Rs.500-00 being the cost of the proceedings.
