THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction  to waive all such outstanding balance of Rs.1.60 lakh  and to pay a sum of Rs.8.40 lakh towards compensation for not crediting the value of the two cheques and to return the two cheques of the complainant and to pay cost of the complaint.

           Proof affidavit of Complainant not filed for long time to prove the averments in the Complaint.  Complainant and Counsel called absent for long time. Compliant is   dismissed for default.     No cost.
