Both parties represented. Talk held. Matter settled in the following terms.
- Opposite party No.1 and 2 shall replace the defective CC TV Camera installed at the promise of the residence of the complainant with a brand new one of the same value type on 15/5/19.
- The opposite partied shall issue warranty for 2 years from the date of installation of the new CC TV camera.

- Opposite parties shall pay forth with Rs.1000/- to the complainant as compensation.
- If the opposite parties have failed to comply with the directions No1 and 2 the complainant is at liberty to recover the market value of new CC TV camera of the same type by resorting Section 25 or 27 of the Consumer Protect Act. Issue copy of order to both sides. File closed.
