ORDER

Complainant is absent. Nobody to report. Perused the complaint avarements. The transaction of supply of 500 Kgs coffee seeds, 500 fitra of honey & 100 Kg of Ccardamum as for business purpose and pleaded that for livelyhood domestic purpose he looked for supply and further non-payment of money for supply of books amount become deficiency in service defined under CP Act. so the complaint is not maintainable under CP Act. Hence, complaint is not admitted and hence rejected.
