Complainant filed this complaint against opposite parties alleging deficiency in service.
Here the opposite parties 2&3 are the General Manager and the Project Director of National Highway Authority of India and as per Sec.28 (1)of the National Highway Authority of India Act 1988 no suit or complaint will lie against opposite parties 2&3. Hence the complaint is dismissed as not maintainable.
