F.A.No.880/2009 has been preferred by the opposite parties aggrieved by the order in Visakhapatnam  

 

        st    Visakhapatnam              numbers of                   for which the complainant                         

 

The complainant got issued a registered legal notice on 7.10.2005 demanding        that                    

 

                                undivided share in the site i.e. 323 sq.yards   and in view of the same alone    any money                 hiring of service and it is totally beyond the Consumer Protection Act. 

Opposite parties submit that              and also liable           together with maintenance charges

 The opposite parties filed a xerox copy of the approved plan pertaining to the stilt floor of the multi storied building (Ex.B4) which shows that on 15.4.2002,  Visakhapatnam      

 

         delivered by the opp.parties to the complainant. The contention of the opp.parties      delivering 

       

It is an admitted fact that 10% of the construction work in the four flats (Ex.A3)      Apex Court Apex Court

In view of the aforementioned judgement while                    and we direct the opp.parties to pay Rs.3/- per sq.ft. per month as per clause 11 of the agreement.
