“initially the complainants got appointed a commissioner through
the interlocutory application but the same is eschewed from consideration on account of the development of law manifest in 2007 (3) LS page 376 as also for the reason that the commissioner report equally dealt with the matter that do not fall within the scope of the reliefs prayed for”

14.   `7,12,500/- `6,80,000/- that was paid in terms of the registered construction agreement. `32,000/- for about eight months for rent for the alternative accommodation owing to the failure of the opposite parties no.1 and 2 to deliver possession of the flat in the stipulated time in terms of the construction agreement.
