Both counsels present. Counsel for appellant files a memo stating that, dispute is settled between the parties and this  appeal can be dismissed as settled between the parties is hereby recorded. Accordingly ordered to dispose-off the appeal as settled between the parties and directed to return Rs.4,93,448/- along with accrued interest if any in favour of the appellant  with proper identification by their advocate.
