ORDER

This complaint is allowed in part. The cp,[;aomamt os je;d emtot;ed fpr refund of share amount of Rs. 1000/- along woth an interest at 12% p.a.from 18/11/1999 ( i.e.day of filling this complaint) to date of payment and a day of filing this complaint) to date of payment and a cost of Rs. 250/- towards prosecuting this complaint. The opposite parties are held liable to pay to the complainant RS.100/- along with intersest at 12 % P.a from 18/11/1999 to date of payment and to pay RS.250/- scosts of prosecutingthis complaint within two months from the date of reciept of this order and an return of shshare sscertificate by the complanince the opposite parties to bear their own costs.
