ORDER

Learned counsel for the complainant present. Heard the learned counsel. This E.P. is filed Under Section 25 of the C.P. Act, 1986 on the ground that o.p. has not complied with the order of this Forum passed in C.D.284/04 dt. 27.04.2005. The order was directed to be complied within a period of two months, that is on or before 27-6-2005. Hence, following order. The execution is transfer to the Dy.Commissioner, Mysore for recovery Under Section 25(3) of the C.P. Act, 1986. Issue necessary certificate in this respect.
