ORDER

We direct the O.P. either to deliver the possession of site (40'X60') allotted by the Mahajana Education society Employees Housing Co-Operative Society Ltd., at the rate prevailing at the time of agreement plus court cost of Rs.250/-. OR Pay the amount of Rs.17,000/- with interest at the rate of 18% from the date of full payment (7.12.87) till the date of realisation plus court cost of Rs.250/-. Time allowed is one month from the date of the order.
