ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is eld entitled to the amount of Rs.9,000/- as compensation for the deficiency of the work done by the respondent and Rs.6,000/- towards the mental and physical agony that she has suffered together with Rs.1,000/- towards the costs of this proceedings. The respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.16,000/- for his deficiency of work and mental and physical agony that the complainant has suffered together with costs of this proceedings to the complainant within two months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
