ORDER

The complainant in her letter dated nil and received in this Forum on 16.12.1994 has requested for dropping all charges against the opposite party. Both the parties and advocate for opponent are absent. In view of the pleadings in this case i.e., complaint and the version of the opposite party and the letter of the complainant received by this Forum on 16.12.1994. The complaint is dismissed. Parties shall bear their own costs.
