ORDER

The instant appeal is filed against the judgment and order dated 20.02.2017 passed by the Ld. District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (hereinafter referred to as District Forum), West Tripura, Agartala in Case No. C.C. 49 of 2016.

An application is filed by Mr. R. Saha, Ld. Advocate, engaged lawyer of the appellant for withdrawing the instant appeal as the matter has already been settled between the parties outside the Commission and the respondent has already paid the compensation amount awarded by the Ld. District Forum.

We have also heard Mr. R. Saha, Ld. Advocate who submits that on instruction of the appellant he wants to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
