ORDER

Complaint is allowed in part. The o.p. shall refund a sum of Rs.1,130/- to the complainant along with future interest at 10% p.a. from the date of this order till the date of realisation within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of this order by him, failing which penal proceedings contemplated under section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 will be initiated against him on a petition made by him in that behalf.
