ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.p shall refund a sum of Rs.850/- collected from her towards the advance of the price of the furniture along with an interest at the rate of 10% p.a. with effect from 19/11/1990 untill the date of realisation. He shall also pay a cost of Rs.100/- to her. This order shall be carried out within a period of 45 days from the date of its receipt by the o.p. failing which the complainant is at liberty to take out execution of the said order and recover the entire amount due to her.
