ORDER

The o.p. shall deliver a teapoy of the stipulated description as per the order Forum No.274 dated 20.12.1990 to the complainant on accepting the balance of Rs.150/- within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order failing which penal proceedings will be initiated against him on a petition being made by the complainant in this behalf. Parties shall bear their own costs.
