Mr. Achinto Sen learned counsel appearing for the complainant filed a petition on behalf of the complainant reducing the amount of claim to Rs. 15,00,000/- from Rs. 35,00,000/-; and thereby remanding the matter back to the learned District Consumer Forum, Ranchi.

No objection was raised by the parties.

Accordingly, the complainant is permitted to file a fresh complaint petition before learned District Consumer Forum, Ranchi including the amendment sought for within two weeks.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties before this Forum, are directed to appear before learned District Consumer Forum at 11 A.M on 18.12.2014.

The learned Lower Forum, thereafter will proceed in the matter in accordance with law.

With these observations and directions this complaint petition stands withdrawn.
