Complainant present. Heard the argument. As per sec 2(1)(d) of the consumer protection Act, the complainant does not fall under the definition of “Consumer”. As per the say of the complainant, already fine is imposed to the opponent for the offence committed by the opponent, and once the opponent is punished this court has no jurisdiction to entertain the said complaint. Hence the complaint filed by the complainant is “DISMISSED”.
