This case stands admitted on 12.10.2017 with a direction to file requisite to issue notice against the opposite party but thereafter, it appears that on 25.06.2018 there was direction that notice against O.P. no. 1 and 3 has returned. Complainant was directed to take step accordingly. But further, it appears that complainant has been regularly absent and previous order has also not been complied complainant has been absent since 21.10.2018, despite having several directions to the complainant. Notice was also issued against the complainant on 05.07.2022 for taking proper step but complainant did not change in his conduct. Therefore, it appears that complainant has left the interest in this case. accordingly, this complaint case stands dismissed.
