Complainant is absent on calls & no steps as well as , no show cause filed till date. Op files agent hazira. It appears from the case record that complainant is absent since 29-8-17 & no steps taken on his behalf. So he is directed to file show cause. But the complainant failed to file an show cause as to why the case should not be dismissed due to non prosecution. Hence we are in the opinion to dismiss the case due to non prosecution.
