Today is fixed for show cause by Complainant.

Ld. Lawyer for the O.Ps. are present by filing hajira.

Complainant is absent without any step.

It is now 01-25 p.m.  On repeated calls neither the Complainant nor his advocate is found present either to file show cause or to take any step.

In view of the above facts & circumstances we find that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, this complaint is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

Ordered

That the C. C. No.148 of 2014 be and same is hereby dismissed for default ; but without cost.

Let a plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost, if applied for.
