Respective parties are present. They file a joint memo of statement stating therein the matter has been settled amicably between themselves. The O.P stated that even though he is not responsible to pay the dues to the complainant,still then as a good will gesture, he is willing to pay Rs.24,000/- into the complainant is 12 monthly equated instalments of Rs.2000/- each starting from June 2024. In view of the settlement the complainant pray for the closure of this case which is allowed and the case is accordingly disposed off.
