Ld. Advocates for Complainant, OP Nos. 1,2 & 4, OP No. 3 and OP No. 6 are present.  The Misc. Application bearing No. MA/855/2016 is taken up for hearing.  By this application the OP No. 3 has prayed for permission to file questionnaire.  Ld. Advocate for Complainant raises objection to the prayer of the OP No. 3.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record we allow the Misc. Application.   Fix 27.3.2017 for filing questionnaire by the OP No. 3 subject to payment of cost of Rs. 500/- to be paid to the Complainant.  The Misc. Application is thus disposed of.
