                        The case putup today complainant present, advocate for the  OP No.1 present Op No.2 and 3 remains absent complainant filed a petition stating therein that, they have filed civil suit before the civil judge court and they does not wants to proceed in this case. The Op No.1 vehemently argued and prays for heard the case. As the matter is related to civil disputes, the forum not feet to proceed further in this case. Parties are directed to approach appropriate forum to settle their dispute.

                      The above case stands dismissed parties to been thein own cost.

 

                      Supply the copy of order to the paries according the provision of C.P.Act.
