JUDGEMENT

The  curx of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for  non-refund of deposited amount a sum of Rs.5,15,000/-  for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

            Notice  issued to the Opposite Party was returned back without service with postal endorsement “Insufficient address” and the matter is lingering unnecessarily  due to absence of both the parties. Since the complainant is not taking any steps for  service of fresh notice to the OP  inspite of number of   adjournments allowed. it is presumed that the complainant is not interested to proceed further with this  and hence the complaint petition is dismissed for default of the petitioner. 

        Accordingly the case is disposed of.      Send copy of order to the parties.
