Mr. T. Barukial, learned counsel, appearing for the complainant has prayed that he be allowed to withdraw the complaint in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and to this effect he has filed an application.

               Considering the statement made in the application and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant, the complaint case is dismissed on withdrawal.
