Seen and peruse the petition for correction of the name of the respondent Sri Trailokya Nath Talukdar.

Heard Mr. N. Deka, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner/respondent. The name of the respondent should have been Trailokya Nath Talukdar instead of Trilokya Nath Talukdar. Due to this difference in the name, the cheque issued from this Commission for an amount of Rs. 2,41,761 has not been entertained by the bank and has been returned. The cheque issued earlier has to be cancelled and another cheque for the said amount in the name of Sri Trailokya Nath Talukdar is to be issued by the Registrar.

Misc Case is disposed of accordingly.
