Parties are present. Report of the Mediator is received. In her report she has stated that mediation has been completed successfully on the terms and conditions specified in the memorandum of settlement. Perused the memorandum of settlement. On perusal,it is found that the report has been duly signed by both the parties. The memorandum of settlement arised between the parties form part of this order. As the mediation has been successfully completed,bench clerk is directed to pay the mediation fee of Rs.2000/-(two thousand)only to the mediator towards her fees on proper acknowledgements the case is accordingly settled through mediation and disposed of.
